I had hoped to go skydiving today but no $$$ and wasn’t going to torture myself by hanging out there all day and not jump or worse hang out there and jump and be broke during my move. So decided to go down to the gym and have a hardcore workout. Went to gym and did chest (decline barbell, bench dumbell), back (wide grip chins), biceps (dumbell curls and preacher curls), abs (toe catches, crunches, leg raises).
After the workout I went home and adjusted the seat on the beat up mountain bike I got and decided to ride down to the Chedoke Trail and ride it back up. Probably 20k bike ride or a bit more. Was great fun.
