Just Ran 9.14 miles. Was 26 degrees out and it was almost 7pm when I stared. Very hot. Still have my cold as well which isn’t helping the breathing at all. Good stretches after. Pace was 8.05 min miles, quite poor. Chalk it up to the heat and my cold.

I’m going to be running the goofy challenge at Disney this winter. If anybody is running in the Walt Disney Marathon we have a group in Facebook where people from both the half and full marathon can communicate and share training info. We might be looking at having a get together in Florida as well before the Marathon.
